Major Shareholders

There are 172,321,429 issued and fully paid ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company. As at 4 February 2010 the following interests of 3% or more in the issued share capital of the Company appear in the register maintained in accordance with section 211 of the Companies Act 1985:

Erith Group Limited is 50% beneficially owned by Mikhail Baranov who is therefore deemed to be interested in 29.8% of the ordinary shares.

Pennygold Trading Supplies Limited ("Pennygold") is a company incorporated in the Republic of Ireland, the effective control of which is held by the management of IFC Metropol, an affiliate company of Metropol (UK) Limited ("Metropol").

As defined in the AIM rules 90.2% of Zirax's shares are not in public hands.There are no shares held in treasury and no restrictions on the transfer of shares.
