We believe that our employees are our most valuable asset. Zirax's Code of Business Conduct requires directors and employees to observe high standards of business and personal ethics while undertaking their duties and responsibilities. When acting on behalf of the Company, directors and employees must practice fair dealing, honesty and integrity.

Zirax prohibits taking unfair advantage through manipulation, concealment, abuse of privileged information, misrepresentation of material facts, or other unfair dealing practices, and is against any discrimination against employees, shareholders, directors, customers or suppliers on account of race, colour, age, sex, religion or national origin. Violation of Zirax's Company policy constitutes grounds for disciplinary action, including, when appropriate, termination of employment.
